We provide AI automation services to businesses. In this policy, "OVRNYTE", "we", "us" and "our" refer to OVRNYTE LTD. We are the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We may collect personal information when you submit our Discovery Call / contact form, contact us directly, use our website, or communicate with us about our services.

Through the Discovery Call form we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your business type
• What you would like help with
• Any optional details you choose to share about what is taking up your time

If you email or speak with us, we will hold the information contained in that communication. When you use the website, our hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is needed to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. When you submit the form, your IP address is used temporarily to limit repeated submissions and prevent spam.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example, health information) in the form.

Under UK data protection law we must have a lawful basis for using personal information. We use your information for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries and arranging Discovery Calls — to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Communicating with prospective and existing clients and providing requested services — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before one.
• Operating, securing and improving the website, and preventing spam and misuse — our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website.
• Meeting legal obligations — compliance with a legal obligation, where one applies.

Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing communications. If we ever wish to rely on your consent for a particular activity, we will ask for it clearly and you may withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers where necessary to operate our website, communications and services. Currently:

• Our website is built and hosted using Lovable, and enquiry emails from the Discovery Call form are sent through Lovable's managed email service.
• Our business email, including admin@ovrnyte.com, is provided by Google Workspace (Google). Enquiry emails are delivered to, stored in and managed through our Google Workspace mailbox, and any email correspondence you have with us is held there.

These providers only process information as needed to provide their services to us, and act on our instructions in relation to your enquiry information.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Some of these service providers (including Google) may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers, as required by UK data protection law.

Personal information relating to a general enquiry will normally be retained for up to 24 months following the last meaningful interaction with you, after which it will be deleted or anonymised unless there is a legitimate or legal reason to retain it for longer.

If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant information may be retained for different periods where necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, resolve disputes or comply with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
